In their October 14, 2021, meeting the Convention and Tourism Board voted to approve the new Business

Improvement Grant Program. This program will be put in place to help our existing business here in Guymon

with improvements. During the January 2022 City Council Meeting, Council approved the Business

Improvement Grant Program for FY-2022 in the amount of $25,000.

This grant can be used for Façade, Property and Landscaping Improvement up to a $5,000 matching grant

and a Sign grant up to a $1,500 matching grant.

The grant will be competitive and issued once a quarter. The applicants will submit the grants on the following Schedule:



        January – March: Applications Due         April’s C&T Meeting: Applicant will be awarded

        April – June: Applications Due                  July’s C&T Meeting: Applicant will be awarded

        July – September: Applications Due        October’s C&T Meeting: Applicant will be awarded

        October – December: Applications Due  January’s C&T Meeting: Applicant will be awarded
