Council Structure
The Guymon City Council consists of five council members elected to serve four-year terms. Elections are held in odd numbered years. Ward 1 and 2 will be held the same year and wards 3, 4, and at-large are held the same year. Council members are elected by the public while the Mayor is chosen by the council.
